Our Rental Process
Must be at least 25 years of age
Valid driver’s license
We accept major debit and credit cards only. Prepaid cards are not accepted. The card used must be in the renter’s name.
rental Requirements
We will cover your Polaris Slingshot Rental with our comprehensive insurance policy so that you will be protected in the event of an accident. We have partnered with an industry leading insurance provider to make sure that our renters are fully covered while on their ride. The state statutory limits of this coverage are as follows:

.A $100 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to submit and hold a Polaris Slingshot rental request. This fee is applied toward the total rental cost and secures your requested date and time pending availability and approval.
All confirmation fees are strictly non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to:
Inclement or unfavorable weather
Changes in personal plans
Travel issues or delays
Mechanical concerns unrelated to safety
Failure to meet rental requirements
No-shows or late arrivals
The remaining rental balance and a $500 refundable security deposit are due at vehicle pickup.

Weather policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including due to weather conditions such as rain, cold temperatures, wind, or forecasts of poor conditions.
If weather conditions or safety concerns prevent riding, the confirmation fee may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability and management approval.
Transferred deposits must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date and may only be applied once.
Weather-related decisions are made solely at the discretion of management in the interest of rider safety and equipment protection.
By submitting a rental request and paying the confirmation fee, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Deposits
A refundable $500 security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be fully returned after the Slingshot is returned on time, in the same condition it was provided, and with a full tank of gas.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to be released back to your original form of payment, depending on your bank.
Upon arrival, you’ll complete a quick check-in and safety orientation before heading out on your ride.
We provide full-face helmets in all sizes at no additional cost, if needed. All helmets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
